Consultation with national crisis provider on their needs providing a national helpline 24/7/365.

SenSys Technical Team reviewed how the DRCC was operating/using their legacy PBX.  We identified many feature gaps in that system including

  • Remote Phone Access,
  • Flexible IVR Design,
  • Automated Volunteer Shift Scheduling during overnight shifts,
  • detailed contact center reporting,
  • Web Chat for visitors to their website and a
  • web conferencing solution to hold face-to-face meetings and counseling with service users during Covid 19.

THE SENSYS SOLUTION

SenSys installed 3CX for the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre to function as their Contact Centre PBX.

3CX offers many features out of the box which enhances the service provided by the crisis centre provider.  SenSys were able to collaborate with the DRCC national helpline team on customizing the system and staff training for 3CX.
